Windsor Window Company warrants that all Next Dimension Series vinyl products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship which significantly impair their operation and proper usage, for the lifetime of the dwelling in which they were originally installed. Furthermore, Windsor warrants that all vinyl material will not blister, corrode, flake, chip, peel or rot under normal conditions.

If any of the vinyl material in our Next Dimension Series products should blister, corrode, flake, chip, peel or rot under normal conditions, Windsor will provide free replacement product AND will pay reasonable charges to have the product replaced. See our separate insulated glass warranty for exclusions and limitations.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of an owner-occupied dwelling only, and may not be transferred or assigned. Our insulated glass warranty is extended to subsequent homeowners, within the limitations of the glass warranty.

This Lifetime Limited Warranty will be voided by any of the following conditions:

• Improper installation of the window or door unit
• Installation in a non-vertical, or sloped application
• Damage from accident, misuse or abuse, including painting or staining of vinyl components
• Alteration or use for a purpose other than that for which it was intended
• Exposure to excessive localized heat, high moisture environments, or harmful chemicals

You must notify Windsor within a reasonable period of any defects, but no later than 30 days after the defect is discovered or should have been discovered. Windsor, at its sole discretion, may repair or replace the defective part or product, or refund original purchase price. Windsor is not liable for installation, any consequential, incidental or punitive damages, or refinishing of adjacent parts/millwork. Final determination of whether or not a defect exists shall be made by Windsor. This limited warranty does not apply when Windsor is furnishing units in a size which is greater than that shown in our product catalog. In such case, there will be no warranty of any kind.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No employee, salesperson, or representative of Windsor has any authority to change or modify this warranty in any way.
