We warrant that the cellular PVC Components will NOT rot, warp, blister, corrode, or flake, under normal conditions, for twenty-five (25) years from the date of manufacture.

We warrant the factory applied paint on the cellular PVC Components (only) will not blister, peel or flake, under normal conditions, for seven (7) years from the date of manufacture.

We warrant the insulated glass will not develop, under normal conditions, any material obstruction of vision resulting from manufacturing defects or as a result of premature failure of the glass seal for twenty (20) years from the date of manufacture. See our separate Insulated Glass Limited Warranty for complete details, exclusions and limitations.

• Improper installation of the window or door unit

   

• Installation in a non-vertical or sloped application

   

• Damage from accident, misuse, abuse or lack of care

   

• Alteration or use for a purpose other than that for which it was intended

   

• Painting the exterior or interior in a color darker than our standard Bronze or Hunter Green colors

You must notify Windsor of any defects within a reasonable period, but no later than 30 days after the defect is discovered or should have been discovered. Windsor, at its sole discretion, may repair or replace the defective part or product, or refund your original purchase price. Windsor is not liable for installation, any consequential, incidental or punitive damages, or refinishing of window or door components or adjacent parts/millwork. Final determination of whether or not a defect exists shall be made solely by Windsor.

This limited warranty does not apply when Windsor is furnishing units in a size which is greater than that shown in our catalog. In such case, there will be no warranty of any kind. All interior wood surfaces must be finished within 90 days of installation per industry standard finishing methods.
